Consolidated Administration provides primary clerical support for the clinic as well as coordinating interface functions relating to personnel matters.

Services include:

  • Processing Navy Directives
  • Maintain clinic instructions/notices
  • Maintain clinic SSIC files
  • Prepares internal and external correspondence and memoranda
  • Prepares and distributes the clinic Plan of the Week
  • Provides interface with servicing Personnel Support Activity Detachments
  • Maintain leave control system
  • Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Responsible for maintenance of clinic recall bill
  • Responsible for maintaining the clinic collateral duty roster
  • Administration of all message traffic
  • Administers clinic policies and procedures
  • Processes security clearance requests
  • Receipt and distribution of all incoming and outgoing U.S. Mail

Medical Records Division maintains, reviews, and updates the medical records on all Active Duty, and family members attached to the Naval Air Station, Oceana

Closed Record System. Per current Department of Defense directives , Branch Health Clinic Oceana’s Outpatient Medical Records Office uses a closed record system. The hand carrying of outpatient medical records is strictly prohibited. For more information regarding the closed record system or any issue regarding the Outpatient Medical Records Office please call 953-3812.
