DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Provides evaluation, diagnosis and surgical treatment services for patients with vascular surgical needs. Operates a vascular non-invasive lab offering services to other departments requiring that information. Outpatient surgery and surgery requiring overnight stays are offered through the Ambulatory Procedures Department.
AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES. Open to all eligible beneficiaries. A consult or referral from another physician is required.
APPOINTMENTS. Most appointments are made through the TRICARE at 1-866-MIL-HLTH.
