Description of Services: The Heart and Vascular Care Center provides inpatient and outpatient diagnostic services and care to adults (18 years and older) referred for evaluation and/or treatment of known or suspected heart disease. Available testing includes cardiac exercise stress testing, echocardiography, holter monitoring and cardiac catheterization.
Availability of Services: Open to all active duty referrals. Open to all active duty dependents, retired personnel and their dependents (over age 18) on a space available basis.
Appointments: Call TRICARE at 1-866-MIL-HLTH. All patients must have a consultation request (SF 513). Active duty personnel are seen every Wednesday morning by appointment only.
